Privacy policy

AppBrake is a validation site for a private beta. We collect the information you submit in the beta survey so we can understand which blockers failed, which bypass methods matter, and whether early users want interviews.

What we collect

• Email address.
• Survey answers about devices, blockers tried, bypass methods, setup tolerance, pricing interest, and interview opt-in.
• Page path, variant, UTM parameters, referrer, and submitted timestamp.
• Basic analytics events such as page views, CTA clicks, survey starts, and survey completions.

Why bypass stories are collected

The product is being shaped around real failure modes. You do not need to include explicit, graphic, or highly personal details. Device, app, browser, DNS, VPN, uninstall, settings, and process details are enough.

No hidden monitoring

This validation site does not install monitoring software, track hidden browsing activity, or collect sensitive browsing history. Future product features must be transparent, consensual, and user-owned.

To request deletion of your submission, email hello@appbrake.app from the address you used to sign up.
